Exchange & Cancellation

1. RETURN POLICY

I.

Eligible articles purchased can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.

II.

Not all products are eligible for exchanges. Products sold under “Sale” and other promotional offers are strictly not eligible for returns.

III.

Loose material and cut pieces are not exchangeable/returnable.

IV.

There may be slight variations in the colors of fabric, prints, embroideries, and weaving of the actual product and image you see on your screen due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather conditions at the time of dying, and differences in images due to digital photography and the editing process.

V.

If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, or inaccurate, you should contact us and send a picture of the product through Facebook, Whatsapp, or email. This needs to be done within 48 hours of receiving your order. The following things are to be mentioned:

VI.

You will get an approval message for your request after which you can send back the order.

VII.

The product must be returned neatly packed along with the original undamaged packaging material. If an address is mentioned in the approval message, send the product through a reputed courier to that address. Send a snapshot of the courier receipt to us over Whatsapp, Facebook, or email.

VIII.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

IX.

After completing the above steps, you will receive an offer of exchange or refund. The refund could be in the form of store credits or a refund on your payment.

X.

If you opt for store credit, then any product can be purchased from our website for the price of your previous order.

XI.

Refund of prepaid order amounts would take around 12 to 15 days to reflect back in your account once initiated by us.

XII.

All returns are subject to the discretion of De FABS.

2. CANCELLATION

You can cancel any product (except for the customized order) before the shipment process. Once the shipment process has started, the product will not be eligible for cancellation. Kindly call, Facebook message or mail us to cancel your order.
